It deserves its 3 stars. The location is marvellous, and staff is loyal. The owner upon arrival was friendly. Greatly enjoyed dainties at Tunich, it was next door to the hotel.

liked tunich, it was around 4-6 minutes walk the hotel and offered nice treats. moreover, we could park our car nearby. this property is equal to 3 stars.

The room was okay, the staff were loyal. Walking to Parque Nacional de Tulum was easy, as it took only 20 minutes. We do recommend the hotel to friends as its location was marvelous! Property included a pool.

we could easily park nearby. we would not hesitate to return there, if we come to tulum. perfect for weekend.
